Calcium-Packed Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
Method
In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup, if using.
In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture, granola, and fresh berries.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of berries on top.
