**Due to the length of the appointment, and high demand, a non-refundable $100 booking fee is requested at the time of the appointment booking. This will be applied to the appointment fee. For additional consulations or labwork requests after the 4 weeks, please refer to the fee schedule below. Prices subject to change as needed.

Membership Option vs. Fee For Service: What is right for me?
We require a membership for any patient undergoing long term treatment with Dr. Mehra. These are non-covered services by insurance. The membership option includes: Quick access to the physician with immediate/priority scheduling, growth hormone management, diabetes management, weight loss or weight management, emailing with physician and communication on your behalf (to insurance companies, other physicians, etc)**. Also includes texting and emailing your doctor during office hours. Does not include communication outside of office visits or or injections. If Dr. Mehra prescribes any medication which needs long term monitoring, patients will be required to enroll in the membership to ensure the highest quality of care.
No contract required. Only a 30 day notice is required to cancel services but reinrollment is subject to $250 reinrollment fee and current membership prices. Memberships limited to patients requiring prescriptions and follow up including thyroid conditions, diabetes, weight management, and puberty or growth conditions. Weight management, puberty and Diabetes patients and patients on Growth Hormone require monthly membership for 6 months minimum.

Fee For Service Option : We are only taking a limited number of NON MEMBERS AT THIS TIME. Non member pricing is limited to patients requiring visits 1-2 x per year. Prescription refills will only be provided until the next follow up appointment.
