Yogurt Banana Ghost Pops

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup pumpkin puree (optional for extra flavor)

Mini dark chocolate chips (for ghost eyes)

Wooden popsicle sticks

Preparation:

  1. Prep the Bananas: Peel and cut the bananas in half, then insert a popsicle stick into the flat end of each half.

  2. Create the Coating: Mix Greek yogurt and pumpkin puree together for a creamy, spooky dip (or use plain yogurt for a simple coating).

  3. Dip & Decorate: Dunk the banana halves into the yogurt mix, coating them completely. Add two mini chocolate chips for the ghostly eyes.

  4. Freeze the Ghosts: Place the banana pops on a tray lined with parchment paper, then freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.

  5. Enjoy: Once frozen, these ghoulish pops are ready to be devoured! A healthy, fun treat that’s perfect for Halloween.\
