Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a muffin tray with oil
Combine oats, baking powder, nutritional yeast and milk
Mash the banana with fork, add egg, peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix well
Add the oat mixture to the banana mixture and stir well
Spoon the mixture to the muffin tray and bake for 20-22 minutes (makes 6 muffins)
Let the muffins cool and enjoy your breakfast
