Sugar Free Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast

  • ¼ cup milk of your choice

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees

  • Spray a muffin tray with oil

  • Combine oats, baking powder, nutritional yeast and milk

  • Mash the banana with fork, add egg, peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix well

  • Add the oat mixture to the banana mixture and stir well

  • Spoon the mixture to the muffin tray and bake for 20-22 minutes (makes 6 muffins)

Let the muffins cool and enjoy your breakfast
